5. Event Changes and Cancellations

Clients should notify Mason Entertainment as soon as possible regarding any changes to event details, including:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Venue

  • Event schedule

  • Special requests

Cancellation policies will be governed by the client’s signed service agreement.

Mason Entertainment is not responsible for costs incurred by the client due to event cancellation beyond any obligations stated in the service contract.
 

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information.

  • Ensure safe venue conditions.

  • Provide reasonable access to electrical power and performance space.

  • Obtain any necessary venue permissions or permits.

  • Comply with venue rules and regulations.

Mason Entertainment may refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
 

7. Music Requests and Event Content

We strive to accommodate music requests and event preferences whenever possible.

However, Mason Entertainment reserves the right to:

  • Decline requests that contain offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or inappropriate content.

  • Modify playlists based on event flow and audience engagement.

  • Refuse requests that violate venue policies or legal requirements.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mason Entertainment and Thomas Mason shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages;

  • Lost profits or revenue;

  • Venue-related issues;

  • Guest conduct;

  • Power outages;

  • Equipment damage caused by third parties;

  • Delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
 

9. Force Majeure

Mason Entertainment shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public emergencies

  • Utility failures

  • Acts of terrorism

  • Illness or injury

  • Transportation disruptions

In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule services or provide an alternative solution when possible.
